                                      BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE / COMMERCIAL BACK OFFICE

  Missione:

• gestione degli ordini di vendita e predisposizione della documentazione relativa alle vendite
• gestione del database delle anagrafiche dei clienti e supporto alla rete commerciale per gestione nuovi contatti
• gestione comunicazione con clienti e team di vendite
• gestione di spedizionieri e corrieri
• partecipazione a fiere aziendali

Competenze e caratteristiche richieste:

·Titolo di laurea, almeno triennale, preferibilmente in discipline linguistiche.

·Età: preferibilmente tra i 27 e 30 anni.

·Conoscenza della lingua inglese, francese, tedesca e spagnola.

·Dimestichezza con i principali applicativi Office (Excel, PowerPoint...).

·Capacità di lavorare in team, flessibilità e adattabilità. Richiesta serietà, puntualità e affidabilità.

Missions:

• Management of sales orders and preparation of sales documentation
• Database management of customer master records and support to sales network for managing new contacts
• Managing communication with customers and sales team
• Management of shippers and couriers
• Participation in trade fairs

Skills and characteristics required:

• University degree, at least three years degree required, preferably in linguistic disciplines.

• Age: preferably between 27 and 30 years.

• Knowledge of English, French, German and Spanish.

• Familiarity with the main Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint...).

• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and adaptability. Seriousness, punctuality and reliability required.
