- In the context of the use of the communication media made available to the User without dedicated professional access by Delta Plus Services exclusively for the purpose of promoting the PPE supplied by Delta Plus Services, the latter undertakes to systematically affix the credit ‘Delta Plus’ before any communication of the said media to a third party and not to misuse the said media, abusive use means any use diverted from the purpose assigned to the said media, also, this use could in no case be made against the interest of the company Delta Plus Services (or of any company belonging to the same group) or even be similar to the appropriation of the elements of the trademark ‘Delta Plus’ or of any communication and/or identification elements associated therewith (pictograms etc.).
2.2 Users with dedicated professional access
- All Users with a dedicated professional access will be required, in the context of the use of communication media (catalogues, flyers, etc.) made available to the said User, to respect the graphic charter of the ‘Delta Plus’ brand, which will be communicated to him by Delta Plus Services upon simple written request from the said User.
- Within the framework of the use of the communication supports put at the disposal of the aforementioned User, the latter commits himself systematically to affix the credit ‘Delta Plus’ before any communication of one of the aforementioned supports to a third party and not to misuse one of the aforementioned supports, a misuse being understood as any use diverted from the purpose assigned to the aforementioned supports, the latter must be used exclusively for communication purposes carried out within the framework of and in compliance with the PPE supply contract (and the related GTC) entered into by the User and Delta Plus Services and exclusively for the purposes of promoting the PPE supplied by Delta Plus Services, in no case this use could be made against the interest of the company Delta Plus Services or of any company belonging to the same group as this last one, or still be similar to the appropriation of the elements of the mark ‘Delta Plus’ or all elements of communication and/or identification which are associated to it (pictograms etc.).

Delta Plus collects and implements data processing that may contain personal data in the context of the execution of its orders. They are recorded in its customer file and are essential for the management of the relationship with the customer, in particular the processing, execution and management of orders, canvassing, production, follow-up of requests and customer files.

The persons concerned by the data collected have a right of access, rectification, deletion and portability of the data concerning them, as well as the right to object to the use thereof for legitimate reasons, which right may be exercised by contacting the data controller at the following postal or email address:

During the surveys, the various studies carried out by our company and the answers given by the respondents will be processed statistically, in accordance with the code of ethics for market and opinion research companies.
Personal information submitted will only be disclosed with your permission. In the course of processing your requests and using our services, we may disclose information to subcontractors that we have hired, who will only receive the information necessary to carry out their mission in accordance with article 35 of the law of 6 January 1978.
Personal data of participants is processed by Delta Plus or its service providers within the European Union and are not transferred to third countries.
