Constant in-plant tests
This laboratory allows us to carry out constant in-plant tests on the products we proudly manufacture, in order to guarantee a quality standard in all our production batches.
5 kinds of test
Among the tests that we will be constantly testing our products are listed below
SOLE FLEXION:
flexometer subjects sample to 150,000 cycles according to ISO 20344.
ROD BENDING:
flexometer subjects sample to 150,000 cycles according to ISO 20344.
ABRASION OF THE SOLE:
Abrasion cycle on a sandpaper according to ISO 20344 standard.
ROD ELONGATION:
tensiometer subjects sample to maximum elongation under ISO 20344 standard.
SARTORIUS SCALE:
allows us to obtain density and specific weights.
